FREE DENTAL CHECKUP AND TREATMENT FOR ALL ELIGIBLE STUDENTS AT HASTINGS PRIMARY SCHOOL

Commencing on Wednesday 24th July your child if eligible, will have the opportunity of  government funded dental check-up, treatment and ongoing dental plan at school provided by Semper Dental.

The service will provide treatment in two visits, the first preventative and the second restorative. Preventative treatments involves an oral examination and treatment such as scale and cleaning etc and restorative is where your child needs additional treatment for problems such cracks or decay etc. Should your child require the second treatment Semper Dental will advise you in advance as to what is required.

Maintaining your child’s oral hygiene is important for the benefits of your child’s overall good health so this is a good opportunity to have a check-up while at school.

Forms have been distributed and need to be returned to the office by Friday 19th July for those interested in taking up this service.
